Who am I
Iulia Ogescu is an attorney at the Bucharest Bar. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Bucharest.
The activity carried out in the legal field in recent years is mainly related to the provision of legal assistance in commercial law, capital market law, but also in business consulting regarding the development of various projects requested by clients, establishing strategies, allocating resources and optimizing the process to achieve the desired result.
Also, one of the specialized areas consists in supporting companies regarding their development, especially regarding corporate finance projects, including attracting capital through the capital market.
In the field of labor law and social security, the experience gained can help you establish various internal strategies, draft policies and regulations, individual employment contracts, but also representation in the employer-employee relationship.
Likewise, other areas of practice of legal services consist of aspects related to business, intellectual property, personal data protection, real estate, forced execution, family law.

2023
In my own law firm, I provide legal assistance in civil, commercial labor and capital market law.
2022
As a collaborating lawyer in a Bucharest law firm, I worked in the labor law department, with the main responsibilities being the drafting of individual employment contracts, additional documents, termination agreements, employer procedures and regulations and consulting on specific regulations labor law, including in the field of individual or collective dismissals.
2019
As an external collaborator of one of the most important brokers on the Romanian market, I managed and coordinated the activity of the legal department, especially regarding corporate finance. The activity carried out consisted in drafting and submitting files for admission to trading of financial instruments for different companies issuing financial instruments, as well as providing legal support to companies listed or to be listed on one of the markets administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Also, the activity consisted in the legal assistance provided to companies in order to draft corporate documents and contracts for the provision of intermediary services.
2018
Prior to joining the legal profession, I worked as a legal advisor in a bailiff's office, managing enforcement files, writing and sending addresses to courts, ANAF, DITL inquiries, correspondence with debtors/creditors, establishment of seizures, addresses to stop the seizure, termination of execution and closing of execution files.
